Refund Policy - The Basics
All Don’t Hesitate merchandise is produced on demand through a third-party fulfillment partner.
Because each item is made to order, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or preference based reasons.
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items, Resolution Process
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, customers must provide clear photos of the issue and the original order number.
Approved claims for damaged or defective items will be reviewed and resolved through our fulfillment partner.
If approved, a replacement item will be issued at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
Don’t Hesitate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
International orders are final sale.
Customs delays, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are not refundable.
